One name, several things
Search “Golden Oak” and you will find a film ranch in California, a snack window in Frontierland, and a neighbourhood where the houses sell for millions. All three are real. Only one of them is what you meant.
A search returns strings. A record has to return things. These names do not survive that difference, so each is published as all of itself.
