Q: Where can I find information on vacation packages? A: View the currently available Walt Disney World vacation packages. We sometimes have special offers on vacation packages. View our current special offers. Vacation packages are often updated on a calendar year basis. If you are planning your trip well in advance, it is possible that vacation packages are not yet available for your dates of travel. Special offers are usually updated more frequently, so check back if there are no special offers currently available for the time that you wish to visit Walt Disney World Resort.

Are dining plans available separately from vacation packages?

No. Dining plans can be added to select Walt Disney Travel Company packages that include a Disney Resort hotel stay. Learn more about dining plans.

Can I extend my balance due date on a vacation package?

No. Balance due dates cannot be extended for vacation packages. If you wish to cancel an existing reservation for which you have already applied payment, call (407) 939-5277. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. You can view your existing Disney Resort hotel reservations on the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience. You will have to sign in to view your reservations.

Can I use more than one credit card during a single transaction on disneyworld.com?

No. You are only able to use a single credit card per transaction. If you would like to use multiple forms of payment, please call (407) 939-5277. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. You are able to make purchases on disneyworld.com using the following forms of payment: Disney® Visa® Card Learn more and apply for the card. If instantly approved for the Disney® Visa® Card, you can immediately use your card on this site to purchase most Disney vacation packages and Theme Park Tickets up to your initial credit line. When you are prompted to choose a payment method, select Disney® Visa® Card. Visa Mastercard Discover Card American Express Diners Club Charge Card JCB (Japan Credit Bureau) Disney Gift Card Disney Rewards Redemption Card Click to Pay PayPal Disney® Visa® Card is available to United States residents only. Will I be responsible for any cancellation or change fees or other amounts if a hurricane warning is issued within 7 days of my arrival date?

If a hurricane warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Orlando area—or for your place of residence—within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, you may reschedule or cancel your Walt Disney Travel Company Disney Resort hotel packages and most room only reservations (booked directly with Disney) without any cancellation or change fees imposed by Disney. Most room-only and vacation packages can be modified, or cancelled online, including changes to travel dates. If you have products and services provided by third-party suppliers included in your vacation—such as air transportation, hotels, car rental agencies or travel insurance companies—you will continue to be responsible for any non-refundable payments, as well as cancellation or change fees assessed by those suppliers. The policy does not apply to certain special events or dining experiences. This policy also applies to Disney's Vero Beach Resort or Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort in the event a hurricane warning is issued for those destinations. If you have questions, are unable to modify or cancel online or you need additional help rescheduling your vacation due to a hurricane warning, please call (407) 939-7675.
