Q: I purchased an annual pass online. Where do I redeem my certificate? A: Bring a printed copy of your certificate along with a photo ID to any Walt Disney World theme park ticket window for redemption. If you purchased an annual pass or used our Monthly Payment Program for Florida residents, you will also need to bring proof of Florida residency.
