Q: I made a hotel or package reservation, but when I look for it on disneyworld.com, it’s not listed. What should I do? A: Try again to view your existing Resort hotel reservation in the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience. You will have to log in to view your reservation. If you’ve visited the above page, but you still don’t see your reservation, you may have to link it to your MyDisney account. You will need your Resort Confirmation Number.
