Questions and answers

I am an Annual Passholder with a Disney band and an Annual Pass card. What should I bring to the Walt Disney World theme parks?
As an Annual Passholder, you can use your Annual Pass card for admission. However, we invite you to consider an even more convenient option for getting into and around the parks: linking your Annual Pass to Disney MagicMobile service. Using Disney MagicMobile Service Linking your Annual Pass to your MyDisney account lets you create a Disney MagicMobile pass on an eligible iPhone, Apple Watch or Android phone. Just like an Annual Pass card, Disney MagicMobile service lets you access theme park admission and (if included with your pass) complimentary standard theme park parking. Learn how to link your Annual Pass to your MyDisney account. You can choose from several Disney-themed MagicMobile pass styles—including Annual Passholder-exclusive designs featuring some favorite Disney characters. Then, just scan your device as you go—for things like park entry, linking Disney PhotoPass photos and check-in at virtual queue and Lightning Lane entrances. Please note that, to receive Passholder discounts on purchases, you'll still need to present your Annual Pass ID (in the "Tickets and Passes" section of your My Disney Experience app) or your valid Annual Pass card with the pass expiration date and a valid government-issued photo ID. Using a MagicBand or MagicBand+ If your MyDisney account is linked to a MagicBand or MagicBand+, you can use that for theme park admission as well as checking in at Lightning Lane entrances and virtual queues. Learn more about MagicBand and MagicBand+ purchase options for Annual Passholders. To receive your Passholder discount when making purchases, just present your Annual Pass ID (in the "Tickets and Passes" section of your My Disney Experience app) or your valid Annual Pass card with the pass expiration date and a valid government-issued photo ID. Learn how to link your Annual Pass to your MyDisney account. To enter a theme park, each Passholder must have a theme park reservation in addition to valid admission. Theme park reservations are limited and are subject to availability and applicable pass blockout dates. Passholders may visit a park after 2:00 PM without a theme park reservation—except when visiting Magic Kingdom park on Saturdays and Sundays. Pass blockout dates will continue to apply. All offerings are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Learn more. Learn how to use your Annual Pass to take advantage of Passholder discounts.
Can I have multiple active MagicBands, MagicBand+ or cards?
Yes, you can have more than one MagicBand, MagicBand+ or card linked to your MyDisney account. However, having more than one MagicBand, MagicBand+ or card does not grant you additional park admission or other benefits. Once a MagicBand, MagicBand+ or card is linked to a Guest’s MyDisney account, it cannot be transferred to another person. You have the ability to manage which MagicBands, MagicBand+ and cards are active in the My Profile section of your My Disney Experience app. You can also use Disney MagicMobile service—a feature of the My Disney Experience app. Disney MagicMobile service is an easy way to access select theme park and Disney Resort hotel amenities with features such as theme park entry through an eligible iPhone, Apple Watch or Android Phone.
I am an Annual Passholder. What should I do if my Disney band did not arrive when it was scheduled to, or if I forget to bring it with me?
If your MagicBand+ did not arrive as scheduled or you did not bring it with you, you can still enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Your Annual Pass card—with a photo ID—remains valid for theme park entry until it expires. You can use your MagicBand+ when you come back the next time! You can also use Disney MagicMobile service, another form of entry into select theme park and Disney Resort hotel amenities through an eligible iPhone, Apple Watch or Google Wallet enabled Android phone If you do not have your MagicBand, MagicBand+ or your Annual Pass card, please visit Guest Relations for assistance. You will need to present a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, to confirm your identity. For more information, please call (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277—or use the Annual Passholder Help Form to email our dedicated Help Team with any questions you may have about your Annual Pass. Guests younger than age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
If I arrive prior to my Disney Resort hotel check-in time, can I get my tickets and start my vacation?
Yes. When you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel, visit the Front Desk and we’ll provide any theme park tickets that are included in your Disney Resort Hotel Package—even if it is before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM for Disney Deluxe Villas, 3:00 PM for The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and 3:00 PM for the other Disney Resort hotels. Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app to use Disney MagicMobile service, a feature that allows you to access select amenities at your Disney Resort hotel, so you can start enjoying your vacation as soon as you arrive. Note that luggage is not permitted in the Disney theme parks, water parks or on Disney buses. However, you can use convenient Bell Services storage options, even if your hotel room isn’t ready yet.
