Questions and answers
- I have multiple MagicBands or cards. How do I manage them?
- You manage your MagicBands or cards in the MagicBand section of My Profile. For example, you are able to: Activate or deactivate MagicBands or cards Report a MagicBand+, MagicBand or card as lost Customize MagicBands before they are shipped Multiple MagicBands or cards can be assigned to a single Guest, so activating a new MagicBand or card does not mean that you must deactivate an existing MagicBand+, MagicBand or card. All active MagicBands or cards assigned to a Guest have access to the benefits and entitlements for that person. Adding a new MagicBand or card does not add new entitlements, such as additional theme park admissions. If you require additional assistance managing your MagicBands or cards, please contact us or visit any Guest Relations location at Walt Disney World Resort. Or, you can also view a video about managing your MagicBands or cards.
- How do I determine how many meals and snacks I have left on my dining plan?
- Your dining plan includes a certain number of meals and snacks per night of your stay. Meals and snacks can be redeemed at any time during your stay. Unused meals and snacks will roll over day to day and expire at midnight on day of checkout. Meals and snacks are non-transferable. Here are 3 easy ways to track your dining plan meals and snacks: Use the My Disney Experience app. Visit the “My Resort Stay” section, then select “Check Dining Plan” to view the status of your meals and snacks—total issued, already redeemed and still available. Check your most recent dining receipt. Visit your Resort Concierge or any Guest Relations location and ask about your remaining meals and snacks. Learn more about dining plans.
- How do I find my way around when I’m in the parks?
- The Walt Disney World theme parks are dynamic places filled with unbelievable sights and sounds. They are carefully designed to let you wander, explore and enjoy yourself. However, sometimes you’ll want to find a particular location. Here are some tips to help you find your way. Online Maps Interactive maps are available online for you to familiarize yourself with Walt Disney World Resort before your visit. If your smart phone has GPS capabilities, our interactive maps will even show you where you are currently located at Walt Disney World Resort. - These updates are intended to provide a more enjoyable experience for everyone who visits by, among other things, easing guest flow and reducing congestion. What is changing? For a complete list of property rules, please visit Disneyworld.com/rules. Why are you reducing the size of strollers and prohibiting wagons in your theme parks and water parks? Walt Disney World Resort makes updates from time to time, and the reduction of stroller sizes is intended to ease guest flow and reduce congestion, making the park experience more enjoyable for everyone who visits. Many strollers, including many double jogging strollers, fit within these guidelines. Are stroller-wagons permitted? Stroller wagons, whether pushed or pulled, will not be permitted at any theme park or water park or at indoor venues at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. What if my stroller is larger than the size allowed? Strollers are available for rent at the parks. Guests who have additional questions on the stroller policy may visit Guest Relations for more information. How do I ensure my stroller falls within the size guidelines? Strollers should be no larger than 31” (79 cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long when measured across the widest and longest points. Why is loose or dry ice not permitted in your parks? In order to improve guest flow, ease congestion and streamline the bag-check and entry processes, loose and dry ice is not permitted. Reusable ice packs are recommended. What happens if I need ice for baby food, medicine, or some other item? Reusable ice packs are recommended. Cups of ice are available at no charge at Food & Beverage locations.
