Can I still visit the Front Desk if I’m using the Direct-to-Room service?

Cast Members at the Front Desk are delighted to assist you with questions about your stay. Visit the Front Desk, use the Call Resort feature in the My Disney Experience app or tap “Front Desk” on your Disney Resort hotel room phone for personal assistance 24 hours a day. Learn more about the Front Desk. Begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using the Direct-to-Room service on disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app.

Can Disney Vacation Club Members use the Direct-to-Room service when using Vacation Points or cash reservations?

Yes. Disney Vacation Club Members are able to use the Direct-to-Room service when staying at participating Disney Resort hotels. Begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using the Direct-to-Room service on disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app.

I’m on my way to—or already at—my Resort hotel but haven’t checked in yet. Can I still participate in the Direct-to-Room service?

What are the Disney Resort hotel check-in and check-out times?

The check-in time is 3:00 PM for Disney Resort hotels and 4:00 PM for Disney Deluxe Villas. The check-out time is 11:00 AM. View a complete list of the Disney Resort hotels at Walt Disney World Resort. Direct-to-Room Service If you're using the Direct-to-Room service, you can use your MagicBand or the Unlock Door feature on the My Disney Experience app to begin enjoying your Disney Resort hotel in certain areas—such as the pool—on the day of your scheduled arrival, even before your room is ready. You can also continue to use the Resort hotel facilities for the rest of the day after you check out. Mobile Resort Checkout It’s easy to check out of your room, with no need to stop by the Front Desk! If you have a credit card on file—or you have a zero-dollar balance—then you can enjoy these streamlined check-out options. The check-out time is 11:00 AM for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels. When you’re ready, there are 2 easy ways to check out. Option 1 (Recommended): Check Out Via the My Disney Experience App We highly recommend that you use the My Disney Experience app, where you can check out via My Reservations or your Hotel Account. Option 2: Check Out Automatically Forgot to check out via the app? You’ll be automatically checked out at 11:00 AM. We'll send an email with your itemized hotel account, or you can view charges on the app. Enjoy the Magic After You Check Out After you check out, you’re welcome to store your luggage with Bell Services and enjoy Walt Disney World Resort for the rest of the day. Plus, you can still charge purchases to your room that day. Those charges will be reflected on your itemized bill in the My Disney Experience app.
